Credit Policy
Unipipe IRL Ltd. Credit Policy
1. Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless credit terms have been established with Unipipe IRL Ltd.
Service Provision:
Credit or debit card details will be requested in advance to secure booking for service calls. This is in adherence to our credit policy terms and conditions.
2. Credit Account:
Customers may apply for a credit account with Unipipe IRL Ltd. Subject to approval, credit terms will be established for eligible accounts.
3. Credit Approval:
All applications for a credit account must be processed and approved by Unipipe IRL Ltd before invoicing.
4. Credit Limits:
Approved credit accounts will be assigned a credit limit based on creditworthiness and business needs.
5. Invoicing:
Invoices will be issued promptly upon dispatch of goods or completion of services for approved credit accounts.
6. Payment Terms for Approved Credit Accounts:
Successful credit applications provide 30 days end of month payment terms. For example, invoices dated in January are due by the end of February.
7. Payment for Invoices Before Credit Approval:
Invoices issued before credit approval must be paid upon receipt of the invoice.
8. Late Payment Policy:
Late payments will be subject to interest charges as outlined in Unipipe IRL Ltd.’s late payment policy.
9. Credit Terms Modification:
Unipipe IRL Ltd reserves the right to modify credit terms and conditions at its discretion with prior notice to customers.
10. Collections Costs:
Customers shall be responsible for any costs incurred by Unipipe IRL Ltd in the collection of overdue payments, including but not limited to legal fees.
11. Retention of Title:
Title to the goods shall remain with Unipipe IRL Ltd until full payment has been received.
12. Disputed Invoices:
Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within two days of the invoice date.
13. Default:
Failure to comply with these credit terms may result in the suspension of credit privileges or legal action.
14. Governing Law:
These credit policy terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1995 and the Central Bank Act 1997
