We believe in being open about what your warranty doesn’t include. Here are some common situations where your NIBE system warranty may be void:

• Installation is improper or not carried out by an approved Unipipe-accredited installer, or the system was not commissioned by Unipipe or approved service partner.
• Annual servicing is missed.
• Water contamination, incorrect system filling, or improper maintenance.
• Unapproved or unauthorised modifications.
• Damage caused by external factors, including:
  • Rodents (e.g., mice entering the system)
  • Storms, lightning or power surges — these should be claimed under home insurance
• Non-compliance with manufacturer guidelines or misuse.
• Third-party components (e.g., radiators, valves, controls not supplied by Unipipe) Warranty covers parts supplied by Unipipe.
• Power supply issues or faults in other parts of the connected heating system.
• Superficial or cosmetic damage that doesn’t impact performance.
• Systems that have been moved, altered, or relocated without prior approval.
• Pre-existing faults or those not due to a manufacturing defect.

🔁 Reversion to Standard Warranty

If the system is not registered within 28 days or annual servicing is not completed as required, your extended warranty will revert to the standard 2-year warranty.
